I don't understand why anyone in their right mind would shoot a priest. They are only there to help I don't know of any priest who has done or said something wrong before. Artical wise they twisted the story up just to make it sound good. I believe that the media shouldn’t even consider writing the story at all.

I think that this story didn’t follow the rules of ethical journalism. I think that writers should’ve waiting until after the funeral and after the mourning of his death had diminished to share the information of evidence found in his car. The writers didn’t show compassion for those who would be affected by the news coverage. It would be absolutely crushing to have heard this about someone who you loved on the day of their funeral. I think that this could have been handled differently with the information still being spread because the public has the right to know.

We believe that the story only handled certain aspects properly. In our opinion, its crucial that facts are always included, no matter who they offend. Going along with this, facts also need to be true. The exploitation of facts is inexcusable. They used all the sensitivity they needed, but the story crossed the line of bad journalism.

I think that it’s sad how the priest was shot and murdered. I don’t think that the media should have gotten into it right away either. They should have waited just a little bit. The news had broken on the day of the funeral. I believe that the media gets way too involved with things like this. They twist the story up just to make it sound good. I believe that the media shouldn’t even consider writing the story at all.
