		<description>I think it should be able to listen as long as you&#039;re using it for good and not bad. The reporter would be writing down the exact same thing by hand, recording it just makes it more acurate. It shouldn&#039;t be a problem because if the persons willing to say it they should be willing to let it be recorded.</description>

		<description>I think reporters should be able to record interviewees without asking their permission. If the person being interviewed is willing to talk, I don’t think it should make a difference how the reporter takes her notes. It’s not any different than hand writing them, and it helps the reporter be more accurate with direct quotes and facts. The only problem a person would have with being recorded would be if they were lying or had something to hide. It shouldn’t matter how the notes are taken.</description>
