Deadlines are April 20 for two scholarships offered by the Woman’s Press Club of Indiana.

The Hortense P. Myers Memorial Journalism Scholarship offers $500 for qualified Indiana college students while the Louise Eleanor Ross Kleinhenz Memorial Scholarship offers $500 for an Indiana woman looking to upgrade skills to re-enter the journalism job market.

Awards are made at the group’s annual banquet in May. Check out the WPCI Web site to download applications and other details.
