Professors Lars Willnat and Emily Metzgar will talk on “How Americans Think About China: Do the Media Matter?” at 1:45 p.m. Friday at the Wells Library 001. The talk is part of the Rob Kling Center for Social Informatics' spring speaker series.

The two are just back from China, where they presented their research on Americans’ attitudes about China and how exposure to news alters their perceptions. The conference, at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China, was co-organized by IU's Research Center on Chinese Politics and Business.
