White House communications staffer visits Monday

Rebecca Neale, B.A.J. ’04, visits Monday to talk about her experience working as associate director in the White House in the Office of Communications. She’ll talk to Ralph Winslow Professor Jim Bright’s J460 International Public Relations class at 9:30 a.m. in EP 214.

In her White House role, Neale provides strategic counsel to the director of communications and senior White House staff. As communications director for the Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives and USA Freedom Corps, two initiatives launched by President George W. Bush, she manages daily media and public outreach efforts to promote administration policy priorities. She currently is pursuing a master’s degree in communications at Johns Hopkins University.
