Roy W. Howard Professor David Weaver will preview his most recent book, research on “The Global Journalist in the 21st Century,” at the next meeting of the Bloomington Press Club Monday, June 27.

Weaver has researched American journalists, collaborating with several faculty over the years to publish four books that report on the journalist’s experience in different decades. Weaver and co-author, professor Lars Willnat, have a new book coming out this year, the second edition of The Global Journalist in the 21st Century: News People Around the World.

The club meets at noon in the Coronation Room at the Indiana Memorial Union. Non-members are welcome. RSVP to club treasurer Sherry Rouse if you plan to attend.
