While spending the semester in Taiwan, Roy W. Howard Professor David Weaver is teaching a five-week political communication class at the International Masters Program in International Communication (IMICS) at National Chengchi University. He also has lectured on the future of journalism research and on agenda-setting at three other universities in Taiwan, two in Taipei and one in Hsinchu.
