Tour WFIU, WTIU to discover job opportunities

Interested in radio or TV news? Students interested in getting involved at public radio station WFIU or public television station WTIU may attend open house sessions Jan. 13-14.

News bureau chief Sara Wittmeyer said students may attend any one of these sessions:
  • 9 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 13
  • 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 13
  • 9 a.m. Friday, Jan. 14
  • 1:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 14
The studios are in the Radio-TV building on the IU campus. The news team provides content for radio and television broadcasts and for the website. Student work opportunities includes many tasks, such as news gathering, news production and Web work.
