SPJ, NABJ host First Amendment Free Food Festival

Gena Asher | April 9, 2010
The IU chapters of the Society of Professional Journalists and the National Association of Black Journalists will host the 2010 First Amendment Free Food Festival from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 13, in Dunn Meadow.

IU students, faculty and staff are invited to enjoy free food from local vendors in exchange for one small price: their First Amendment rights. Through this program, the two chapters hope to educate the IU community on the importance of the First Amendment in their everyday lives.

For more info, contact SPJ’s Stephanie Doctrow or NABJ’s Ashlee Green.
