Senior Carrie Ritchie will lead the IDS in the spring.

Senior Carrie Ritchie will be the spring editor-in-chief of the Indiana Daily Student. The Student Media Advisory Board elected her to the post Friday.

Ritchie, currently a managing editor, ran unopposed. She has worked at the IDS several semesters in many capacities and spent last summer as Poynter Scholar and intern at the St. Petersburg Times.
