Professor Steve Raymer is the keynote speaker for the Monroe County Photo Expo this weekend. He’ll talk on "Searching for the Perfect Moment: A Life in Photography” at 8 p.m. Friday in the City Council Chambers at City Hall. Anyone may attend the free event.

Other events during the expo include an opening reception, 5-8 p.m. Friday at Blueline Media Productions, 118 W. Sixth St., and workshops Saturday.

Led by area professional photographers, workshops include topics such as “Five Secrets to Portrait Photography” and “How to Frame the ‘Green’ Way.” These sessions are $10 each.
