Associate professor Steve Raymer gave an illustrated lecture on the global Indian Diaspora on April 25 to about 100 members of the Asian American Forum in Washington, D.C.

The group included past and present members of the State Department, the intelligence community, the World Bank and various foreign embassies.

Raymer is the author and photographer of Images of a Journey: India in Diaspora, published in 2007 by Indiana University Press.
