The Student Media publications board voted Friday for newspaper and yearbook editors-in-chief for the upcoming school year. - Junior Carrie Schedler will edit the summer 2010 Indiana Daily Student newspaper.
- Junior Sarah Brubeck will edit the fall 2010 IDS.
- Sophomore Christine Ashack will edit the 2011 Arbutus yearbook.
Schedler, a journalism major, has served as a copy editor and arts editor at the IDS. Brubeck has also served the newspaper as managing editor, campus editor and investigative-team reporter. Ashack has led the Arbutus yearbook staff as a managing editor and issues editor.
Published by students for students, the Indiana Daily Student, Inside magazine and Arbutus yearbook consistently win top national honors, most recently at Columbia Scholastic Press Association in March.
