Visiting researcher Lukasz Przybysz will speak on “Contemporary Political Communication in the United States and Poland” at the next Research Colloquium Feb. 23 at 4 p.m. in the Ernie Pyle Hall lounge.

Przybysz is visiting this semester from the University of Warsaw, where he is a graduate student working at the Institute of Journalism. He studies methods and techniques of contemporary campaign management such as the ones performed in the 2008 American presidential campaign. He is comparing strategies from the 2008 American campaign to other countries, especially Poland.
