Doctoral student Rosemary Pennington has been chosen to take part in the 2011 RIAS German American Journalist Exchange in June.

This is the second time Pennington has received a RIAS fellowship; she first took part in the program in June 2005. Last fall, she and associate professor Mike Conway hosted two German RIAS fellows at the School of Journalism.
