Parameswaran co-authors journal article

Associate professor Radhika Parameswaran and Kavitha Cardoza’s article, "Immortal Comics, Epidermal Politics: Representations of Gender and Colorism in India," has been accepted for publication in Journal of Children and Media (2009, Vol. 3, Issue 1). A portion of this research was completed during her last sabbatical, and a previous version of the paper was presented at the International Communication Association’s convention in 2006. She thanks Yue Tan and Jacob Groshek for their "excellent" research assistance.
