Nominate professors for Kemp Award

SoJ Web Report | Oct. 22, 2011
The Kemp Teaching Award Committee invites students to nominate their best journalism professors.

The award is named in honor of Gretchen A. Kemp, who taught at the school from 1948-1974, including heading the High School Journalism Institute at IU.

To nominate someone, write a letter listing the reasons you believe your nominee is an outstanding teacher. Send your nominations to sojkemp@indiana.edu no later than Nov. 11.

Eligible teachers include full-time faculty members. Visiting professors, adjunct and associate instructors are not eligible, nor are the most recent winners, who include professor Radhika Parameswaran and associate professors Michael Evans and Tony Fargo.
