Former IU student Jim Turpin, news director at WPTY-TV in Memphis, visits Friday, Jan. 30,  to talk to students about the broadcast news industry. All are welcome to attend the 2 p.m. talk in EP 214, according to assistant professor Mike Conway, who invited Turpin to visit.
