Journalism student Courtney Miller’s work with women in Buenos Aires, Argentina, will be on display at Paper Crane Gallery March 2-13, with the exhibit opening set for 7 p.m. Friday, March 4. The gallery is at 401 W. Sixth St. in the Photo Solutions building.

Miller taught basic photography to the women, who were victims of domestic abuse or drug addiction. She gave them cameras and asked them to document their lives for two weeks.

Miller, a photographer/videographer, was in Argentina last fall as part of the World Learning program. All profits from the sales of images will be donated to the shelter, Sol Naciente, in Argentina where she taught the photography class.
