Sarah Melton, now in her 13th year in the communications office of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks, returns to campus to talk to the IU chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America’s next meeting at 7 p.m. Nov. 2 in the Georgian Room at the Indiana Memorial Union.

Melton, BS’99 (kinesiology), now director of communication for the team, has visited journalism classes several times in the last few years as well as has spoken to community groups about her work. She is one of few women working in her field in the NBA.
