Doctoral student Jason Martin’s paper, "Return to the Marketplace: Balancing Anonymous Online Speech and Defamation," has been accepted for publication in a future edition of the Journal of Media Law & Ethics. Martin’s paper looks at how courts have created a balancing standard to cases that involve anonymous online commentary and plaintiffs’ defamation rights.Related
