Ph.D. student Gerry Lanosga will lead two sessions at an Investigative Reporters and Editors Watchdog Workshop at IUPUI next Friday. The event is hosted by the School of Journalism and sponsored by The Indianapolis Star.
The first session is for reporters and covers the use of regulation and licensing documents to unearth stories on businesses and nonprofits. The second session is for editors, producers and reporters and covers legalities, ethics and credibility in investigative reporting.
