Ammina Kothari will submit a book chapter proposal for an upcoming volume featuring meta-analysis, syntheses and comprehensive summaries of research programs about the role of media in establishing and maintaining social group identities.
Kothari’s chapter proposal is a meta-analysis focusing on the role of media in the construction of Muslim identity. She’ll work on her draft and present it for critique at the a working conference in Austin, Texas, in August.
