HSJI seeks summer counselors

Interested in a summer job working with high school journalism students? The High School Journalism Institute is looking for summer counselors to work during high school student sessions July 11-27.

Each counselor oversees about 30 high school students who attend HSJI for weeklong workshops. Counselors receive room and board, and an honorarium.

In  its 65th year, HSJI hosts students from all over the country for intensive sessions on newspaper, yearbook, multimedia, photography and online journalism. The institute also sponsors sessions for high school journalism advisers and teachers.
