Adjunct lecturer Steve Higgs is author of “Indiana citizens sue CAFO operators” in the Jan. 13 issue of NUVO, an Indianapolis alternative weekly.

Higgs also is publisher of The Bloomington Alternative and writes the “Autism and the Indiana Environment” blog.
