School of Journalism Dean Brad Hamm will receive the Distinguished Alumni Award from his alma mater, the University of South Carolina, Thursday.

Hamm and his twin brother, Benjy Hamm, received master’s degrees from the USC School of Journalism and Mass Communications and both will receive the honors at a reception and dinner at the Capital City Club in Columbia, S.C.
