William Gillis's paper, "'The Only Honest Paper in Detroit': The Northeast Detroiter, the Voice of the White Homeowner in the Fight against 1970s Liberalism and Civil Rights," was accepted for the first annual Media and Civil Rights History Symposium at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, S.C., March 18-19.
