Associate professor Tony Fargo and doctoral candidate Jason Martin have collaborated with University of Florida doctoral candidate Mark Caramanica on an article in a forthcoming edition of Communication Law & Policy.

"Anonymous Speakers and Confidential Sources: Using shield laws when they overlap," will appear in the Winter 2011 issue. The article examines how the law is adapting to cases that arise out of developments in communications technology that call into question how to properly protect rights of speech and reputation.
