Associate professor Anthony Fargo is the author of a chapter in the new book, Law of Privileges: Journalists and Executives, published by Amicus Books, an imprint of Icfai University Press in India.

The chapter, “The Strange Case of Josh Wolf: What It Tells Us About Privilege Law,” is an updated version of a paper Fargo presented at a symposium at the University of Oregon in 2007. The book was edited by R. Satyanarayana.
