Ammina Kothari about the potential of communication technology for addressing contemporary aspects of HIV/AIDS and interdisciplinary collaborative research in East Africa has been selected for presentation at the inaugural Health in Africa Workshop at the African Studies Association Annual Meeting Nov. 17-19 in Washington, D.C. The workshop will include practitioners, scholars and policy makers working on public health issues in the sub-Saharan Africa.
