Professor Jon Dilts has been chosen to serve on Indiana University’s Faculty Mediation Committee and on the Student Academic Appointees Board of Review. Appointment to both committees is by election of the members of the Bloomington Faculty Council.

The mediation committee serves faculty, librarians and administrators by investigating grievances and attempting to resolve them through mediation and consultation.

The board of review is a committee to which associate instructors may bring grievances of administrative action taken against them when those grievances cannot to be resolved by the Student Academic Appointee Affairs Committee.

Dilts is a Registered Civil Mediator in Indiana and is a board member of Bloomington’s Community Justice and Mediation Center.
