Assistant professor Mike Conway and City of Bloomington Volunteer Network Director Bet Savich presented “Volunteer Video Showcase: A Service Learning Collaboration between the City of Bloomington and the School of Journalism” to the Office of Service Learning Faculty Fellows Friday.The presentation was based on video profiles of Bloomington volunteers produced by graduate students in Conway’s J520 Video Storytelling class. The collaboration resulted in a video showcase of the students’ work last spring at the Cinemat and a special program produced for Community Access Television (CATS).
