Camaj paper accepted for international conference

Doctoral student Lindita Camaj’s paper, “The ‘smuggling’ of information in a transitional country: Uses and misuses of the Freedom of Information legislation in Kosovo,” has been accepted for presentation at Beyond East and West: Two decades of media transformation after the fall of Communism,” an international conference organized by the Central European University (CEU) and the International Communication Association (ICA), to be held in Budapest, June 25-27. The paper looks at the quality and implementation of the FOI legislation and patterns of journalists’ access of information in Kosovo.
