Sponsored by the news magazine based in D.C., the session is open to Washington-area interns, who will receive VIP seating at the Newseum in Washington. Bloomington-area journalism undergraduate and graduate students may watch the session via remote hook up in Ernie Pyle Hall lounge. The session focuses on internships and features Politico’s White House correspondent Mike Allen and political reporter Emily Schultheis talking with Jen Psaki, deputy White House communications director, and Chuck Todd, NBC political director. All four are former interns and will talk about how internships enhance careers.
Bill Nichols, BA’80 (English) and a former Indiana Daily Student employee, is Politico’s managing editor who extended this invitation to IU student journalists.

- If you are in Bloomington, attend the live remote feed at 4:45 p.m. in Ernie Pyle Hall lounge.
- If you are in Washington, D.C., go to the Newseum, 555 Pennsylvania Ave., NW. If you are an intern, take your badge or other identification to get VIP seating at the Newseum. Register online.
