School of Journalism Web editor Gena Asher was host of Profiles, the WFIU radio interview show, April 10. Her guest was English professor Christoph Irmscher, who talked about the connections between 19th century nature writers and today’s concerns about environment.

The show airs Sundays at 7 p.m., and segments are available as podcasts a few days after they air. Check out the Indiana Public Media website to learn more or listen to interviews.

Asher's next Profiles segment airs June 5 and will feature mystery novelist Michael Kortya, a Bloomington native and former adjunct lecturer at the School of Journalism.
