Jihyang Choi, a master’s student from Korea who graduated in 2007, has an article based on her master’s thesis in the latest edition of the International Communication Gazette journal (Vol. 71, No. 6, 2009) entitled "Diversity in Foreign News in U.S. Newspapers Before and After the Invasion of Iraq."

David Weaver directed her thesis. Jihyang Choi has returned to Korea and now works as a reporter at the Hanook Ilbo newspaper in Seoul.
