Juniors Savannah Worley and DeAntae Prince listen to alumna Andrea King Collier (B.A. '78) during the NABJ conference.
Two student attendees to the National Association of Black Journalists' convention earlier this month schmoozed with famous journalists, listened to panel discussions and took notes about career advice.

And both Savannah Worley and DeAntae Prince said they also were inspired to make the most of their educational opportunities. The School of Journalism juniors offer their reflections on the conference in the following reports.
