http://www.nab.org/bcc/ - this is the career page for the National Association of Broadcasters. Most of the job listing are middle or senior level, but check out their scholarships and internships page, which has a link from the current page. Also check out the Career Resources page, which gives an overview of the job opportunities in the TV industry. Very Useful.

http://tvandradiojobs.com/ - good database of jobs. You can post your resume in Real Audio, helpful especially for reporting/anchoring jobs.
http://www.showbizjobs.com - a very good database of current jobs in entertainment industry. Has listings from most of the major networks and online entertainment sites. There are some internships as well, but they are not listed separately.
