At the School of Journalism, the experiences and lessons students gain outside the classroom are an essential part of their education. In the Journalism Experiences program, students can participate in many different types of student media, listen to America’s top journalists as part of the School of Journalism Speaker Series, apply to the Honors Program of Ernie Pyle Scholars, travel domestically and internationally, learn leadership in student organizations and get involved with the Journalism Ambassadors program. These experiences prepare students for internships and careers here and abroad.
