Kevin Grieves is currently in the Ph.D. program at the IU School of Journalism. His research interests include historical research into the mass media, the broadcast media in Germany, propaganda, and the media and national identity. He began his career in television news in 1989, joining CNN in Germany for several years in a variety of functions. After moving to Atlanta, he worked for CNN in a number of capacities, including writer and producer for CNN International newscasts and for CNN World Report.
