Nayan Chanda, director of publications at the Yale Center for the Study of Globalization and former editor and Washington bureau chief of The Far Eastern Economic Review, visits Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at India House, 825 E. Eighth St.

Chanda covered the Vietnam War, including the fall of Saigon in April 1975, for Reuters before getting a Ph.D. from the Sarbonne in Paris.
