IU alumna Kay Gill (B.A.J. '57) will read from her book, "Mirel's Daughter," at 3 p.m. Jan. 22 in the Ernie Pyle Lounge.

The story is an account of her mother's survival during the pogrom massacres of Ukrainian Russia in 1919. Gill also will address the Bloomington Press Club during her visit.
