Blake Lambert, The Economist's correspondent who was expelled from Uganda in March, will talk about press freedoms and coverage of Africa in the Western media Friday (April 7) at 12:30 p.m. in Ernie Pyle 220.
Lambert was expelled for reporting critical of the government, a move some say is evidence of a ratcheting up of repressions against journalism.
