Assistant professor Anthony L. Fargo led a panel discussion on reporters' privilege issues at the Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ) Region 5 conference in Indianapolis March 25. Other panelists were media attorneys Dan Byron of Bingham-McHale LLP in Indianapolis and Gerald Lutkus of Barnes & Thornburg LLP in South Bend, and WISH-TV I-team unit manager Doug Garrison.
