Boeyink on cartoon panel

Journalism professor Dave Boeyink will be a panelist at a discussion on the Muhammad cartoon controversy at 6 p.m. today (Feb. 21) at Woodburn Hall 100.

The controversy concerning cartoons depicting the prophet Muhammad has brought forward the issues of free speech and freedom of the press. Members of the panel, including professors from political science, art history, religious studies and journalism, will lead discussion. This event is free and open to the public.
