Certificate in Journalism

The School of Journalism offers a Certificate in Journalism for undergraduate students interested in journalism and communications who want to complete a degree from the College of Arts and Sciences or another school at Indiana University.
The certificate is available to all students at Indiana University except those majoring in journalism, telecommunications, sports communication/broadcast or any other degree that requires a substantial number of mass communications courses.
The certificate is very similar to our major requirements. Admission requirements to the certificate are the same as those for admission to our degree.
