Author, “Shooting Star: The Rise and Fall of the British Motorcycle Industry” (ECW Press, Toronto, Sept. 2009) and co-author, “Crash Course: Middle America’s Battle to Save the Car Industry,” (ECW Press, Toronto, February 2010).
