B.A. in English, Willamette University, Salem, Oregon,1975. M.S. in Education, Adult Career Counseling, Southern Illinois University-Carbondale,1985. Have worked more than 10 years at Indiana University as administrative staff in four different departments. Nine years administrative experience at the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. Three years as support staff at the Physics department, SIU-Carbondale. Tasks are: Manage the records of journalism undergraduates majors and certificates, review and verify completion of the Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Area Certificate in Journalism, undergraduate academic advising, assist the associate dean for undergraduate studies with administrative responsibilities including the Schedule of Classes.
